LANGUAGE & STYLE

I work with established style guides in addition to evolving and crafting new tone and voice guidelines for use by the entire organization. This includes best practices—from using language that promotes consumers to take natural-feeling actions in app, email or site, to creating names for franchises and in-house brands.
